We have learned to be flexible in all of the services we provide. Our reports vary from two pages to reports of much greater length and detail. It is necessary to handle our property management functions, i.e. rent collection, property visitations, deferred maintenance items, etc., differently depending on client resources. These varying reasons through their ownership in commercial real estate, and those reasons, along with resources available, dictate many things having to do with our management and leasing services.
